Maureen T. Forston graduated from Auburn University with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1991. She completed her clinical internship at Columbia, Missouri from Mid Missouri Internship Consortium. Additionally, Dr. Forston has Masters Degrees in both Counseling and Psychology. Her undergraduate degree is in Family and Development.

Dr. Forston was born in Montgomery, Alabama. In addition to private practice, Dr. Forston has worked as an adjunct professor at Troy University and as a consulting Psychologist for Rutledge Correction facility. Dr. Forston’s practice is limited to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her specialties include Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Chronic Illness, Loss and Bereavement Issues, and Women’s Issues.
